Senior Vice President of Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales for Alvarez LLC, Josh is chiefly responsible for the oversight and development of the company’s sales team and the achievement of revenue growth for the organization. His role includes developing and managing the sales executives and inside sales staff as well as developing new relationships with vendor partners and government customers. Josh also works closely with Alvarez’ partners and customers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction, and under Josh’s leadership the company has grown to be an over a quarter of a billion dollar business.
Prior to joining Alvarez in 2013, Josh worked for DLT Solutions (now a Tech Data Company) as the Civilian Sales Manager of the Enterprise Data Management division. At DLT he was responsible for managing a sales team, as well as developing relationships with enterprise software and hardware vendors. Josh has a proven track record of building and maintaining successful sales teams with a focus on successfully selling into the Federal Government.
Josh graduated summa cum laude from Radford University with a BBA with concentrations in both Marketing and Management. He currently resides in Potomac Falls, Virginia with his wife, Sara, their two children, Natalie and Nicholas, and their dog, Mickey.
