Everett Alvarez, Jr.
Retired Navy Commander Everett Alvarez, Jr. was the first American aviator shot down over Vietnam and the longest-held prisoner of war in North Vietnam — eight-and-a-half years. He holds numerous military decorations, including the Silver Star, two Legions of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, two Bronze Stars, and two Purple Hearts.
In addition to his distinguished military service, Mr. Alvarez is a lawyer, author, entrepreneur, and executive. He also had an exceptional public service career as Deputy Director of the Peace Corps, Deputy Administrator of the Veterans Administration, and Chairman of the CARES Commission. In 2008, Mr. Alvarez was honored as one of the 25 greatest public servants by the Council for Excellence in Government. Marc I. Alvarez
As the President of Alvarez LLC, Marc bears chief responsibility for both the daily operations of the company as well as the planning and development of its strategic growth initiatives. Jennifer Figueredo
As the Vice President of Finance for Alvarez LLC, Jennifer is primarily responsible for all of the company’s accounting and financial functions. In this role she prepares all reports that summarize business activities and financial positions in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. Jennifer manages a $250 million book of business and is responsible for the long-term strategic planning and growth of financial resources at Alvarez.
Jennifer successfully manages the company’s cash flow position and administers tax planning and preparation in order to ensure corporate compliance. To this end she maintains a detailed system of accounting records and implements a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles…
Joshua Gauldfeldt
As Senior Vice President of Sales for Alvarez LLC, Josh is chiefly responsible for the oversight and development of the company’s sales team and the achievement of revenue growth for the organization. His role includes developing and managing the sales executives and inside sales staff as well as developing new relationships with vendor partners and government customers. Josh also works closely with Alvarez’ partners and customers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction, and under Josh’s leadership the company has grown to be an over a quarter of a billion dollar business.
Prior to joining Alvarez in 2013, Josh worked for DLT Solutions (now a Tech Data Company) as the Civilian Sales Manager of the Enterprise Data Management division. At DLT he was responsible for managing a sales team, as well as developing relationships with enterprise software and hardware vendors. Emily Clum
As Director of Operations for Alvarez LLC, Emily helps further the company’s reputation for unrivaled customer service through her meticulous oversight of its procurement and fulfillment functions, including the processing, delivery, and invoicing of over 1200 task orders worth over $250 million annually. She manages these day-to-day processes out of the company’s Colorado location, which houses both inside sales and operational staff, and ensures that they run efficiently and accurately. She also runs point on a number of the company’s vendor relationships, effectively managing these back-end capabilities to make certain that the operational wheels continue to smoothly turn at Alvarez.
Emily started her career with the company in 2013 in Inside Sales and has steadily progressed her way up to her current leadership position, substantially contributing to Alvarez’ growth and success along the way. Talon Raph
As Director of Programs for Alvarez LLC, Talon provides compliant and effective program management for the company’s prime contracts. His efforts in this regard have resulted in the stellar performance ratings that Alvarez enjoys across all metrics, including both CPARS as well as program-specific criteria. Talon also runs point on Alvarez’ capture efforts, managing a team approach to winning and onboarding new vehicles for the company to add to its already powerful arsenal.
